Joker Fan Art In New York City

Today I was walking around Manhattan and I saw two things that caught my eye. A skinny Santa Claus was filming a video and this Joker Fan Art. My friend Chris said he's seen this picture all over Manhattan. I don't know what it means, but it's nice to see some nice geeky art around the city.
