Tribeca Film Festival 2024: Interview with Elina Street

I had the pleasure of chatting with director Elina Street about her new film “My Best Friend." The short follows Clara (Marie Zabukovec) who is reeling from a breakup and goes on a staycation with her best friend Léa (Lana Boy). The two friends unexpectedly sleep with each other, challenging the constraints of platonic friendship and the true depths of intimacy. “My Best Friend”, which was produced by Gately Production Services in association with GO Magazine, is a story of love transcending the boundaries of friendship, following the path of two women who dare to explore the depths of their relationship to face a new challenge of love.
