Great for "run and gun" type shooting, the Vanguard VEO AM-264TR 3 footed monopod is a great accessory to add to your work gear.

It's been of great use at conventions and events, weighs about as much as two bags of flour, and can hold up to 13 lbs of weight - plenty enough for your dslr, shotgun mic and a video light. Check out the video and tell us what you think!
